The Chamber currently manages three business property sites within the borough,
these are Moor Lane Business Centre, Waterloo Business Centre and Percival Lane.

The properties all allow 24 hr access and range from a more independent workshop
accommodation through to office space. There are a wide range of businesses within
all of the centres and we endeavour to accommodate as many up and coming businesses
as possible.

The licence on all three sites is on an easy month in month out basis requiring a deposit equal to a months licence fee, which is refundable upon vacating the premises.

WATERLOO BUSINESS CENTRE

Various size office accommodation ranging from 138 sq ft at £115.00 to 602 sq ft at £501.67 per month. These prices are inclusive of electricity and heating.
