The Chamber currently
manages business property within the borough, at Percival
Lane.
The property allows 24 hr access and comprise of independent
workshop
accommodation. There are a wide range of businesses
within Percival Lane and we endeavour to accommodate as many up and coming
businesses as possible.
The licence on the site is on an easy month in month out basis
requiring a deposit equal to a months licence fee, which is refundable
upon vacating the premises.
