Halton Chambercontinues to partner with in2Bus to deliver an exciting

Continued Professional Development (CDP) Programme.

The CDP programme is 80% funded by the Greater Merseyside Learning & Skills Council.

It aims to provide professional people working in small to medium sized companies in
Halton, with an opportunity to receive guidance on their professional development.

The 6 month programme involves:

Generation of a bespoke development programme for the individual

Regular coaching sessions with a mentor

Review of the targets set and production of a forward development plan
