Halton Chamber selected Brazil as a key territory in Latin America. The Chamber has been elected a 'Coopeco' the name for an active supporter of the EU Programme,

Al-Invest which encourages and provides help in bringing together companies in

Latin America and the EU.

A series of business meetings are arranged on a sector basis normally associated with a relevant trade fair which may take place in Europe or in a Latin American country.

There are no costs to participating companies except for travel and subsistence.

expenses and this programme therefore provides a low cost means of developing new or expanding existing business in these markets.

The Halton Chamber invites interested companies in Halton and the surrounding districts of Cheshire, Wirral and Merseyside to make contact indicating their product

Eurochambres

Throughout the Europe Chambers of Commerce are actively engaged in assisting business to develop and flourish .

Eurochambres continues to be supportive of further countries wishing to gain access to the European Union.  To this end Eurochambres continues to focus on Education and Training during 2006. In addition to Turkey a number of other Countries are showing their wish to join the EU. Eurochambres will provide help to Chambers of Commerce in these Countries by building on the practice established with those Chambers in Eastern European Countries that are now members.
