Export Documentation

 

Halton Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise is authorised by the Department of Trade and Industry to issue Certificates of Origin and other Export Documents.

 

We offer a fast, efficient documentation service to both local and national businesses.


Recent advancements in technology mean we can now offer Export Documentation
to companies throughout the UK using e-cert V2 technology.

Initially, an account needs to be set up, after which you will be allocated

a user name and password. This will then allow you to submit your Export Documentation online and receive an electronic signature. It is still possible to submit your document by post, or in person at the Chamber offices. Once submitted, your documents will normally be processed as follows:

Export Documentation service is now avaliable at The Heath Business and Technical Park in Runcorn, between the hours of 9am - 4pm. If submitted by post, documents will be completed and returned the same day.

As an agent for the Egyptian British Chamber we can process your documents

and arrange the necessary Egyptian certification and/or legislation required

within 2-4 working days.

We are a sub-agent chamber of the Arab British Chamber and can process Arab documents on your behalf. Processing of Arab documentation takes between 5-10 working days.
