BizHalton Invitation to Tender
SPECIAL NOTICE -
Halton Chamber of Commerce, on behalf of Halton Borough Council, Enterprising Halton and the Enterprise Board is seeking expressions of interest in building a new website - www.bizhalton.co.uk.
Halton Enterprise Board has commissioned Halton Chamber of Commerce to provide a package of aftercare support to new start-ups and existing businesses in the Borough. As part of this initiative, a new website, operating under the name 'BizHalton', has been commisioned as a new opportunity for local businesses to trade, and will support the Halton Enterprise Board's 'Buy Local' strategy.
The following document provides Suppliers wishing to tender, with a complete set of requirements for the Bizhalton website -

Suppliers interested in building this website must provide their expression of interest. The deadline for responses is no later than 5pm, 17th December 2009.
In the expression of interest, suppliers must provide evidence of how they can meet the key requirements (given above in the invitation to tender documentation), and provide URLs and overview of at least two websites from their portfolio.
