The Construction Hub (NWCH) have just issued the invitations to tender

After a very competitive Pre Qualification process, 11 contractors havebeen invited to submit a tender. It is expected that this framework will beavailable for use from March 2010.

The NWCH are also in the process of finalising the ITT short-list for theMedium Value Framework (£500,000 to £10,000,000+), which will be issued tosuccessful contractors shortly. This framework will follow the High ValueFramework and is expected to be available for use from April 2010.

To complete the suite of arrangements that NWCH have been mandated toprocure, an OJEU notice inviting pre qualification questionnaire responsesfor the Low Value Framework (£0 to £500,000) will be published early November.

The NWCH will be utilising the Chest (https://www.thechest.nwce.gov.uk) for this procurement so it is suggested that contractors interested insubmitting a PQQ should pre-register following the address:
