Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Thirteenth Annual Meeting of the Company, but the Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Halton Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise will be held at 10.00am on the Tuesday 7th July in the Orchard Room at The Heath Business and Technical Park, Runcorn.

Agenda

1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To approve the minutes of the sixth Annual General Meeting of Halton Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise (30th June 2006)
3. To receive the Annual Report March 2009 from the Chair and Executive Vice Chair.
4. To approve the accounts for the period to 31st March 2007/8. Copies of the accounts for the year ending 31st March 2009 will be available on this website shortly.
5. To approve amedments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association (to be circulated week commencing 22nd June 2009).
6.  Appointments:

                           Chair

                           Deputy Chair

                           Executive Vice Chair

                           Outside Bodies and Partnerships

                           Company Auditors

7. To ratify the appointment of the 4 new Board Members selected by Membership Ballot held the 3rd April 2009.
8. Any other business which may be properly transacted.
